Dancing Fluently with Life
Fluid and free dancing is fascinating. Fluidity and freedom in life has to do with the source of constraints that we decided at specific moments in our lives to apply on ourselves. Can you imagine a constrained or inhibited drop of water. It is fluidity and freedom that is behind the beauty of the image of the drop of water above.
Layers of imposed self-beliefs are always between us and our fluency. Having open discussions with a coach will support discovering the layers of self-beliefs that are behind the lack of fluency, and will provide an immediate feedback for all the life dancers that support them in digging into their blind spots exposing the first one of these layers. They are so much like layers of an onion as we discover the top and peel it off, the next one appears. It is fascinating process full of emotions and power.
Conversations at different situations that pose as stressful to fluency dancing would liberate the the fluency dancer and would allow him/her to inquire into their own scenarios.
While dancing with life we are all, whole and complete. We are not physically handicapped. We are physically complete and perfect. Our lack of fluency while dancing with life is a reflection of the decisions that we have taken early in our lives. Like I am stupid, I do not deserve to talk. Like I am ugly I do not deserve to be confident. It is amazingly powerful to find out your own sources of upsets and resistance. They stop you .... And completely controls your fluency and fluidity, causing you out of rhythm and out of fun
It is very similar to handling of Anger. Anger is a rejection of the present. Anger creates an alternative to the rejected present and takes away from you the possibility of choice. Once you choose to choose at the moment of anger between accepting the present and rejecting it. Then it is the choice of what I can do about the present. It is amazingly powerful technique to be present. So anger and stiffness are there when you are not present.

Dancing with life is about enthusiasm and persistence
Flaming enthusiasm, backed up by horse sense and persistence,
is the quality that most frequently makes for success.
--Dale Carnegie.
Why goal setters always suffer from lack of energy and enthusiasm and lack of desire to continue?
It is easy while in action to lose focus of the motive and the emotion behind the action which could turn the action into a boring automatic process.
